Note

This Brand–Label approval is not a permission to bottle or sell the relevant products.
This Brand–Label approval requires MRP approval for production and sale in Uttar Pradesh.
Once Brand–Label approval is granted along with MRP approval, the concerned AEC/DEO shall ensure compliance with bottling and other applicable rules before permitting production or sale.
No liquor shall be bottled or sold in the State of Uttar Pradesh without MRP approval and correct printing of MRP on the approved labels.

Conditions

If any affidavit or declaration submitted is found to be false, this approval shall stand automatically cancelled.
No modification, cutting, stamping, over-printing, or typing on labels is permitted unless specifically approved by the competent authority.
Approved physical copies of labels received from Headquarters must be preserved at the unit and produced before the Excise Officer-in-Charge when required.
Unless notified otherwise, the validity of this approval shall be till 31-03-2024.
MRP must be printed clearly in bold font at the right-top corner of the bottle or tetra-pack label in a 1 cm × 1 cm dimension.
